PROJECT 02 — MASTER FATMAN

Digital design · Cultural storytelling · Campaign development

Bringing Copenhagen’s stories to life

This project explored how digital design and visual storytelling can be used to communicate Copenhagen’s cultural identity through a Visit Copenhagen-inspired campaign.

The project combined website design, motion graphics and social media advertising, creating an opportunity to work across different digital touchpoints and explore how a visual concept can be communicated consistently.

The concept

The aim was to develop a digital experience inspired by Copenhagen’s cultural heritage and the stories that make the city distinctive. The visual direction focused on creating an engaging and accessible experience while keeping the content and overall communication clear.

Website design

I developed a website concept in Figma and translated the design into WordPress. The process involved working with page structure, visual hierarchy, typography, colours and navigation to create a cohesive digital experience.

Motion graphics & digital advertising

The campaign also included motion graphics and a Meta Ads concept. This extended the visual direction beyond the website and explored how the campaign could reach its intended audience through social media.

Outcome & reflection

The project gave me the opportunity to work across web design, motion graphics and digital advertising within one connected concept. It strengthened my understanding of how visual communication can be adapted across different platforms while maintaining a consistent direction.
